Strawberry and Banana Dessert Tostada

Recipe makes 12 Servings

12 wonton skins, thawed
1/4 cup(s) cinnamon sugar
1 cup(s) H-E-B Cookie Butter
1 cup(s) powdered sugar
1 cup(s) unsalted butter, softened
2 Tbsp whole milk
1/2 Tsp vanilla extract
2 bananas, sliced
2 cup(s) strawberries, sliced

Preheat oven to 350°F.
On a sheet tray, layout wontons and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and bake in oven 8 to 10 minutes until just crispy and slightly browned. Set aside.
In stand mixer, combine cookie butter, powdered sugar, softened butter, milk, and vanilla extract; mix until creamy and well blended.
To assemble tostadas, place spoonful of cookie butter frosting and layer of banana and strawberry on each tostada.
Chef's note: Sauté bananas and strawberries in 1 tablespoon of butter in place of fresh fruit.
