Stir Fry Orange Beef with Bok Choy

Recipe makes 4 Servings

3 oranges, divided use
2 Tbsp garlic, minced
1 Tsp red chili flakes
1 Tbsp Kikkomon All-Purpose Less Sodium Soy Sauce
12 Oz lean sirloin strips
1 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp canola oil, divided use
2 baby bok choy, cut into quarters lengthwise
1 cup(s) green onions, cut into 2 inch pieces

In a small bowl, zest and juice 1 of the oranges. Mix in garlic, chili flakes and soy sauce. Set aside.
With a knife, peel remaining 2 oranges, then cut crosswise in 1/2 inch slices. Cut slices in half and remove any seeds.
In a separate bowl, toss beef with cornstarch until coated.
Heat a large non stick skillet on medium. Add half the oil. Working in batches, add beef and sear until dark brown on both sides (add more oil if needed). Remove to a plate.
Next add any remaining oil to pan and sauté bok choy briefly, approximately 3 to 4 minutes, until it darkens in color and begins to wilt.
Return beef to pan along with green onions and orange juice mixture. Bring to a simmer and cook until sauce has thickened. Add orange slices.
Serve hot over steamed rice or noodles.
