Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 jar Red Rio Borracho Sauce, divided in half
1 12 oz. bottle Mexican beer
4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
1 Tbsp Adams Ground Cumin
3 garlic clove, whole
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
2 cup(s) cabbage, shredded
1/2 cup(s) Mexican crema
1 Tbsp lime, juiced
8 Adam's Azteca Gorditas

Combine 1/2 jar of sauce, beer, chicken, cumin, and garlic in a crock pot on low heat and cook 3 - 4 hours.
Once chicken is cooked and tender, shred it with a fork and set aside.
Prepare slaw by combining, salt, cabbage, remaining sauce, crema and lime juice.
Prepare gorditas according to package directions. Cut a pocket in the side and stuff with chicken and slaw.
