Steel Cut Oats and Quinoa with Turmeric and Honey

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 cup(s) steel cut oats
2 1/2 cup(s) whole milk
1/2 cup(s) Central Market White and Red Quinoa
2 cup(s) water
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 Tsp cinnamon
4 Tbsp honey, plus a bit extra to drizzle on top as garnish
1 Tsp turmeric
4 Tbsp goji berries
4 Tbsp golden berries

Place a large heavy bottom pan over medium-high heat. Combine steel cut oats, whole milk, quinoa, water, vanilla extract, cinnamon, honey and turmeric together.
Bring mixture to a boil then reduce to a simmer. Cook for 30 minutes stirring frequently until oats are tender.
For thinner mixture add an additional cup of water.
Divide the oats into 4 bowls and top with equal amounts of goji and golden berries.
Serve hot.
