1/2 cup(s) A.1. Original Steak Sauce
1/2 cup(s) Italian dressing
1 Lb Natural Beef Flank Steak Tenderized, cut into strips
1 medium red bell pepper, cut into strips
6 cup(s) baby spring mix

Instructions

Blend steak sauce and dressing. set aside 1/4 cup of marinade to drizzle over salad.

In separate glass dishes, pour marinade over steak and red peppers. Cover both with plastic wrap.

Refrigerate several hours, stirring occasionally.

remove steak and peppers from marinade. Cook steak and bell peppers by stir-frying over medium-high heat in a non-stick skillet until steak reaches desired doneness.

Transfer steak to a plate and cover. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Arrange steak and bell peppers over salad greens on individual plates.
