Ingredients

Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 Lb flat iron steak
1/2 Tsp kosher salt, plus more as needed
1/2 Tsp cracked black pepper, plus more as needed
1 cup(s) green bell pepper, sliced thin
1 cup(s) red bell pepper, sliced thinly
1 medium red onion, sliced thinly
2 cup(s) Four J Meatball Sauce

Instructions

Set a sauté pan over medium heat. Add olive oil and allow to get hot.

Season steak liberally with salt and pepper then sear approximately 2 minutes per side. Set meat aside to rest.

In the same pan, add peppers and onions, and saute until soft.

Stir in meatball sauce and bring to a simmer.

Add steak to the sauce, reduce heat to low and cook until meat is tender, approximately 10 to 15 minutes.

Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve.
