Recipe makes 2 Servings

3 1/2 Oz H-E-B Select Ingredients Roasted Garlic & Herb Finishing Butter
14 Oz H-E-B Mushrooms & Onions
16 Oz ribeye

In a medium skillet over medium-high heat melt 4 tablespoons of finishing butter. Add mushrooms and onions and cook until onions are opaque, about 5 minutes.
Once cooked, transfer mushrooms and onions to a plate. Add remaining finishing butter to pan and once melted and hot, add ribeye.
Cook ribeye 3 to 5 minutes or until nicely browned then flip and cook to desired doneness.
Rest steak 5 minutes before slicing to serve with sautéed mushrooms and onions.
