Stacked Tortilla French Toast

Recipe makes 4 Servings

3 eggs
1/4 cup(s) heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup(s) whole milk
1 Tsp ground cinnamon
8 H-E-B Bakery Flour Tortillas
2 Tbsp salted butter
1/4 cup(s) maple syrup, warmed

In a shallow bowl or baking dish whisk eggs, cream, milk and cinnamon.
Dip each tortilla in egg wash and stack tortillas in bowl. Tortillas can sit in egg wash while cooking.
In a medium sauté pan, add butter about 1/2 teaspoon at a time and heat over medium.
Remove tortilla from egg wash and cook about 90 seconds.
Flip tortillas and cook an additional 30 seconds or until browned. Depending on the size of the pan used you might have to cook them one at a time.
Add butter to pan as needed and adjust temperature if butter starts to burn.
Butter tortillas once cooked and drizzle with syrup.
Roll up tortillas or stack together with fruit and whipped cream.
