6 Lipton Bavarian Wild Berry Pyramid Tea Bags
4 1/2 Oz shallots, peeled and sliced
2 Tbsp H-E-B White Wine Vinegar
4 Tbsp H-E-B Cane Sugar
1 Tsp H-E-B Dijon Mustard
1/3 cup(s) H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
5 Oz H-E-B Baby Spring Mix
2 red onion, sliced in rings and separated
2 large navel orange, peeled, thin sliced & halved
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Reduced Fat Crumbled Feta Cheese
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Pecans Roasted & Salted

Instructions

Combine 1/2 cup boiling water and 6 Lipton Tea Bags in a glass bowl and allow to brew 5 minutes.

Lift tea bags, squeeze over bowl and discard. Let concentrated tea cool.

Combine the cool tea, sliced shallots, vinegar, sugar and mustard in a blender or food processor bowl.

Process the dressing and slowly add the olive oil. Set dressing aside in a bowl.

Arrange the Spring Mix in a salad platter or bowl and top with the onion rings, orange slices, feta cheese and pecans.

Cover with plastic wrap and keep chilled until ready to serve.

To serve, toss salad and serve with dressing.
