8 Oz strawberries, stems removed
1 cup(s) Cookwell & Company Cracked Pepper Vinaigrette
12 Oz mushrooms, sliced
10 Oz H-E-B Baby Spinach
1/2 cup(s) Boars Head Pecorino Romano Grated Cheese
1/4 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Slivered Almonds, toasted

Instructions

Slice strawberries.

Place strawberries in large salad bowl and toss with vinaigrette.

Layer mushrooms, spinach and cheese over strawberries. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Before serving, toast almonds at 375°F for 3 minutes.

Toss salad right before serving and top with almonds.
