Spinach & Ricotta Tortelloni with Basil Pesto

24 Oz H‑E‑B Tortelloni Filled Pasta with Ricotta and Spinach
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Pt Champagne Sweet Tomatoes
8 Oz H-E-B Chef Prepared Foods Basil Pesto
1/4 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, grated

Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, heat oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add in cherry tomatoes and cook until skin begins to blister.
Add drained pasta to the pan, remove from heat and stir in pesto.
Season to taste and serve with grated cheese.
