Spinach Artichoke Triangles

Recipe makes 12 Servings

4 Oz reduced fat cream cheese
4 Oz H-E-B Non Fat Greek Yogurt
1/2 Tsp garlic powder
10 Oz frozen spinach, drained and chopped
15 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Artichokes Hearts, chopped
1/2 cup(s) shredded reduced fat mozzarella cheese

Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a sheet pan with foil or parchment paper and set aside.
Combine cream cheese, yogurt, garlic powder, spinach, artichokes, and mozzarella in a food processor. Pulse until everything comes together but is still chunky, about 30 to 45 seconds.
Lay wontons out flat on a clean work surface and place a heaping spoonful of cream cheese mixture in the center of each.
Moisten wonton edges with water then fold to create triangles. Press firmly to seal. Transfer to the prepared baking sheet and spray with non-stick spray.
Bake 10 minutes until edges begin to brown. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
