Recipe makes 6 Servings

8 Oz extra lean ground turkey
1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped
1 jalapeño pepper, seeds removed & finely diced
1 Tbsp tomato sauce
1 Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tsp chili powder
1/2 Tsp garlic powder
1/4 Tsp black pepper
1/4 Tsp kosher salt
1 15 oz. can low sodium kidney beans, drained

Instructions

In a large nonstick skillet, cook turkey, onion and jalapeño over medium-high heat until onions are translucent and turkey is well browned.

Add remaining ingredients and cook until bubbly.
