Spicy Shrimp with Kale and Banza

Recipe makes 4 Servings

8 Oz Banza Rotini Chickpea Pasta, cooked according to package directions and set aside
1 Lb Gulf shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 Tbsp olive oil, divided use
2 garlic cloves, sliced
4 cup(s) kale, chopped
1/4 cup(s) Orti di Calabria Garlic, Tomato & Chilli Stir In Sauce
1/4 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, shredded

Bring a large skillet to medium-high heat.
Season shrimp with salt and pepper and toss with half the oil. Place in hot skillet and cook 2 minutes per side then remove to a bowl and set aside.
Add remaining oil and garlic to same skillet and cook 1 minute. Add kale and cook several minutes, tossing frequently, until wilted.
Return shrimp to skillet along with Banza pasta and the garlic, tomato & chilli stir in sauce. Cook a few minutes longer until hot, tossing frequently to coat and incorporate the sauce.
Serve with a generous amount of shredded Parmesan cheese.
