Spicy Shrimp Sauté

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Tbsp butter
1 Tbsp garlic, peeled and minced
1/2 cup(s) red bell pepper, diced
1 Lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 cup(s) white wine
1/4 cup(s) cilantro, rough chopped
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Pepper Toppers Cherry Sweet & Spicy
1 pinch Tsp kosher salt
1 pinch Tsp pepper

In a large sauté pan melt butter over medium heat, then add in minced garlic and bell peppers. Stir-fry mixture for a few minutes until garlic is fragrant and bell peppers are soft.
Once garlic and bell pepper mixture is slightly caramelized add in shrimp and season with a pinch of salt. Stir-fry shrimp for 2 minutes before adding in white wine, turn heat up and reduce wine until pan is almost dry. Once wine is almost evaporated turn off heat and add in cilantro and cherry pepper toppers. Toss everything together to just coat shrimp and serve while hot.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
