Ingredients

Recipe makes 8 Servings

8 Oz whole wheat spaghetti
1/4 cup(s) Szechuan Stir Fry Sauce
1 Tsp ground ginger
32 fl oz low sodium chicken broth
1 garlic, minced
3/4 Lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cup(s) shredded cabbage
1 green onions
1/2 cup(s) cilantro, chopped
4 Oz snow peas

Instructions

Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.

In the same pot combine Szechuan sauce, ginger, chicken broth, garlic and shrimp.

Bring to a gentle simmer and cook 3 minutes.

Add in remaining ingredients and cook an additional 4 minutes.

Toss with pasta and serve.
