Spicy Sausage with Peppers

1 Lb Better Than Good Smoked Sausage, poked all over with a fork
1 Tbsp H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
7 Oz H-E-B Diced Bell Peppers 3 Color
1 red onion, thin sliced
2 serrano peppers, seeded and thin sliced crosswise
1 Tsp habañero pepper, seeded and thin sliced
1/8 Tsp kosher salt
1/8 Tsp H-E-B Black Pepper
1/2 cup(s) dry red wine
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Parmesan Cheese Shredded

Heat gas or charcoal grill to 350°F.
Grill sausages for 16 minutes or until skins are charred and cooked through.
Heat heavy bottom skillet on stove top over medium heat for 3 minutes.
Add olive oil, diced peppers, red onion and both chilies. Stir-fry for 8 minutes until peppers are soft.
Season vegetables with salt and pepper.
Add sausages and wine to vegetables and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 4 minutes or until wine is reduced by half.
Place sausages and peppers in a serving dish.
Top with shredded Parmesan cheese.
