Spicy Mango and Yogurt Marinated Chicken Breast

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 cup(s) Greek yogurt, plain
1 cup(s) mango, peeled and chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped
1/2 Tsp salt
2 garlic, chopped
1/2 Tsp paprika
1 Lb chicken breast boneless, skinless

Combine yogurt, mango, jalapeño, salt, garlic and paprika in a blender and blend until completely smooth.
Place chicken breast and yogurt mixture in a zip-close bag, seal and turn to coat chicken. Chill 1-3 hours.
Preheat grill to medium-high, 375°F.
Remove chicken from marinade and lightly pat to remove excess then place on hot grill.
Grill 4-5 minutes on each side or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
Remove from grill and allow to cool 3 minutes before slicing.
