Recipe makes 8 Servings

20 Oz H-E-B Premium Chunk Chicken Breast In Water 2 Pack, drained
3 cup(s) H-E-B Mexican Blend Shredded Cheese, divided use
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Pepper Toppers Jalapeno Cilantro & Lime, divided use
1 cup(s) sour cream, divided use
1/2 cup(s) fresh cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 cup(s) green onions, finely chopped
8 H-E-B Mixla Tortillas
2 large Hass avocado, sliced for garnish

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9”X13” pan with non-stick spray.
Place chicken, 2 cups shredded cheese, half the pepper toppers, half the sour cream, cilantro and green onions in a bowl. Stir gently.
Spoon into tortillas and roll up.
Mix remaining sour cream and pepper toppers together and spread in prepared pan.
Add rolled tortillas seam down and top with remaining cheese. Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
Top with avocado slices and additional green onions if desired.
