Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Lb center cut salmon portion, rinsed and dried
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve Lopez Rub
2 cloves of garlic, sliced
2 Tbsp Vela Farms Habanero Jalapeño Jelly

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Apply non stick baking spray to baking sheet.

Place salmon on baking sheet skin side down.

Sprinkle rub over fish.

Place sliced garlic on top of fish.

Bake salmon for 15 minutes or until it easily flakes apart.

Smear jelly on fish and continue to bake for five minutes then serve.
