Spicy Citrus Edamame Hummus

Recipe makes 10 Servings

16 Oz frozen shelled edamame, cooked according to pkg. directions
1/3 cup(s) olive oil, divided use
1 medium lemon, zested and juiced
2 Tbsp tahini
1 clove of garlic
1/2 Tsp cayenne pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp Bragg Liquid Aminos

Place cooked edamame in the bowl of a food processor and pulse 2 minutes until smooth.
Add 1/4 cup of olive oil, lemon zest and juice, tahini, garlic, cayenne and Bragg Liquid Aminos. Continue to pulse until completely smooth. You may add a small amount of water if hummus is too thick.
Transfer to a serving bowl, drizzle with remaining olive oil and serve with your favorite dipper.
