4 H-E-B Extra Large Whole Eggs
1 Tbsp H-E-B Light Sour Cream
1 Tbsp Central Market All Natural Chipotle Salsa
1 Tbsp cilantro, fine chopped
1 Tbsp celery, chopped
1/4 cup(s) red onion, fine chopped

Combine eggs and enough cold water to cover eggs in a 1 quart saucepan.
Bring water to a boil over medium heat, cover, reduce heat to low and cook for 13 minutes.
Place eggs in cold water to cool and peel under running cold water.
Cut hard cooked eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove the yolks.
Set egg white halves on a platter and set aside.
Place the cooked egg yolks in a small bowl or small food processor bowl and mash to a smooth consistency.
Add the sour cream, chipotle salsa, cilantro and celery to the mashed egg yolks and blend or process to a smooth texture.
Place egg yolk mixture in a small zipper bag, seal, cut a corner tip and fill the egg whites evenly.
Top each with a sprinkle of fine chopped red onion.
Cover the deviled eggs with plastic wrap and refrigerated until ready to eat.
