2 cup(s) H-E-B Monterey Jack Cheese
2 cup(s) H-E-B Fancy Shredded Cheddar
4 Oz fire roasted mild whole green chiles, drained
1 fl oz Sabor Tradicional Whole Jalapeño, chopped
2 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients 2% Milk
1 cup(s) Bisquick Biscuit Mix
4 H-E-B Large Grade AA Eggs, beaten
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Chunky Salsa Medium

Preheat oven to 425°F.
Coat 9 x 13-inch glass pan with nonstick spray.
Sprinkle Monterey Jack and cheddar cheese in bottom of pan.
Layer chilies and jalapeños over cheese.
Combine milk, biscuit mix and eggs in a small bowl until smooth.
Pour over pan ingredients.
Top with salsa.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until puffed and golden.
Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares and serve.
