1/4 Lb butter
2 Tsp Mi Tienda Achiote Seasoning, as needed
6 corn tortillas
1 cup(s) roma tomato, chopped
1 cup(s) romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup(s) white onion, chopped
6 Tbsp sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Coat shrimp liberally with achiote seasoning and sauté in butter 3-4 minutes, turning often, over medium-high heat.
