Spicy Asian Grilled Tuna Kabobs

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 large red onion, peeled and cut into 4 wedges
1 green bell peppers, cut into 2-inch squares
2 large portobello mushrooms, cut into 2-inch squares
24 Oz yellowfin tuna steaks, cut into 2-inch squares
4 Oz H-E-B Spicy Asian Splash
4 Norpro 12" Bamboo Skewers, soaked in water

Combine first 5 ingredients in large zipper bag. Marinate in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Thread skewers with onion, tuna, pepper, mushroom, tuna, onion, pepper, and tuna. Cover and refrigerate until ready to grill.
Heat gas or charcoal grill to 375°F.
Grill kabobs 2 minutes per side or until tuna is cooked to desired degree of doneness.
