16 Oz H-E-B cilantro salsa
58 Oz Hill Country Fare Chicken Broth
2 zucchini, chopped
4 cup(s) H-E-B Smoked Boneless Turkey, cooked and shredded
8 H-E-B Flour Tortillas, cut into thin strips
8 Oz H-E-B Shredded Jalapeño Jack Cheese
2 Large Hass avocado, sliced

Combine cilantro salsa, chicken broth and sliced zucchini in a large soup pot.
Bring soup to a boil over high heat and then reduce to low and cook soup for 10 minutes.
Add the shredded turkey and cook for 5 more minutes.
Place a hand full of tortilla strips, 1/4 cup shredded jalapeño jack cheese and 3 slices avocado in each soup bowl and top with hot soup.
