Speck Wrapped BBQ Peaches

Ingredients

Recipe makes 6 Servings

4 firm organic peaches, washed and dried
1/2 Lb Dry Cured Sliced Ham Speck Alto Adige, sliced very thin
1/4 cup(s) La Tourangelle Roasted Walnut Oil
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 Tbsp fresh mint, chopped

Instructions

Preheat grill to 350ºF or medium-high.

Cut peaches into thick slices, being careful removing pits.

Wrap each slice in speck and secure with a toothpick if needed. Repeat process for each and place the wrapped peaches on a sheet pan.

Brush each peach liberally with oil on each side.

Grill peaches on the cut sides a few minutes per side to until speck and peaches get grill marks.

Transfer peaches to a plate and drizzle with a little extra virgin olive oil and garnish with fresh mint.
