8 Oz Montchevre Natural Goat Cheese, softened
1/4 cup(s) heavy whipping cream, plus more as needed for desired texture
6 Ines Rosales Sweet Olive Oil Tortas - Orange
1/4 cup(s) fresh mint, chopped fine
1/2 cup(s) Marcona almonds, crushed or roughly chopped, plus more as needed
1/4 cup(s) honey, plus more as needed

In a small bowl, add goat cheese and cream. Whisk until goat cheese is just soft enough to spread easily without tearing tortas.
Lay out tortas on a serving tray and gently spread goat cheese to just cover.
Garnish with mint, Marcona almonds and drizzle with honey. Serve whole or cut.
