Spanish Grilled Cheese with Tomato Basil Soup

4 slices Bakery Sourdough Bread
1 Tbsp olive oil
4 Oz manchego cheese, grated
2 slices Serrano ham
16 .3000 Oz Ferrer Tomato Soup with Basil
2 Spanish olives

Instructions

Heat a large skillet or griddle on medium-high.

Brush olive oil on one side of each slice of bread. With oiled side facing down, divide cheese evenly between 2 slices of bread. Top with Serrano ham and remaining slices of bread (oiled side up).

Meanwhile, heat soup according to package directions.

Toast sandwiches on each side about 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown.

Garnish with Spanish olives and serve with soup.
