Spaghetti and Shrimp

Recipe makes 4 Servings

8 Oz gluten free spaghetti
2 Lb Shrimp, peeled and deviened
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
1/2 Tsp pepper
1 Tbsp pure olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 cup(s) baby spinach, chopped
2 roma tomato, chopped
1 Tsp Adams Reserve Italian Seasoning
3/4 Tbsp white wine

Cook pasta according to package directions. Rinse with warm water, drain, and keep warm.
Meanwhile, season shrimp with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
Heat a large nonstick skillet to medium-high.
Add shrimp and garlic to the pan.
Cook 2 minutes, flip shrimp over, and then add spinach, tomatoes, and Italian seasoning.
Pour in wine and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and serve over pasta.
