17 .6000 Oz Central Market Spaghetti Alla Chitarra Pasta di Gragnano
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 garlic, minced
1/3 cup(s) Rustico di Casa Asaro Castelvetrano Olive Spread
1 Tsp crushed red pepper
2 cup(s) heavy whipping cream
1/4 cup(s) Gourmet Garden Lightly Dried Chives
1 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

Bring a large pot of water to a boil, cook pasta according to package instructions, drain and set aside. Drizzle pasta with olive oil if desired to keep from sticking.

Meanwhile, place a non-stick sauté pan over medium-high heat.

Add oil, garlic, olive spread, and crushed red pepper.

Sauté until garlic is just fragrant and starting to brown, add heavy cream and chives and bring to a simmer.

Allow to cook until sauce just starts to thicken.

Remove from heat adding pasta and Parmesan cheese and toss to combine.

Garnish with more chives if desired and season to taste with salt and pepper.
