1 Tsp olive oil
1/2 Lb Soyrizo
16 fl oz H-E-B Real Egg
12 whole wheat tortillas
1 cup(s) Large Hass avocado, mashed
1 cup(s) salsa

Instructions

Heat a large skillet on medium-high.

Add oil then the soyrizo, breaking up with a fork. Cook until firm.

Add eggs and heat until cooked through.

Heat tortillas.

To serve, spread 1 tablespoon of mashed avocado on each tortilla, add a spoonful of soyrizo egg mixture and top with salsa.
