10 Oz Cacique Soy Chorizo Vegetarian Soy Sausage
1 cup(s) black beans, rinsed and drained
1/4 cup(s) panko bread crumbs
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B® Real Egg
1 red onions, sliced
1/2 cup(s) cilantro, chopped
1 tomato, sliced

Place a sheet of foil over the grates of a grill, and preheat to medium-high.
Combine soy chorizo, black beans and bread crumbs in a food processor, and pulse 5-6 times briefly until beans are roughly chopped (do not puree, because burgers will not hold together).
Gently fold in egg substitute, then divide into 4 patties.
Cook burgers on grill gates 4 minutes per side, then remove from grill and top burgers with red onion, cilantro, tomato and thin rounds.
