4 Lb H-E-B Fresh Turkey Breast
2 garlic, minced
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Low Sodium Chicken Broth
1 lime, juiced
2 cup(s) white onion, chopped
1 poblano pepper, chopped

Sprinkle southwest seasoning on all sides of turkey breast, then place in slow cooker.

Add garlic, chicken broth, lime juice, onion and poblaño pepper, cover and cook on low 7-8 hours.
