2 1/2 Lb Yukon gold potatoes, quartered
4 Oz H-E-B Select Ingredients 2% Milk
2 fl oz Dona Maria Adobo Mole
4 Tbsp unsalted butter
1 Tbsp McCormick Chipotle Chili Pepper

Instructions

Place potatoes in a 3-quart pot and cover with water, bring to a boil over high heat.

Reduce heat to medium; cook potatoes at a gentle rolling boil 20 minutes or until tender.

Drain well and return potatoes to cooking pot.

Combine milk, adobo sauce, and butter in a pot over medium-low heat until butter is melted.

Pour mixture into cooked potatoes; mash until smooth.

Sprinkle chipotle powder over the potatoes.
