Recipe makes 2 Servings

.1000 non-stick spray
2 H-E-B Prime 1 Brisket Burgers
1/4 Tsp kosher salt
1/4 Tsp ground black pepper
1/4 cup(s) pimento cheese spread
2 Tsp Alamo Golden Ale Beer Mustard
2 cheddar jalapeño biscuits, split and toasted

Place a medium skillet over medium-high heat and spray with non-stick spray. Season burger patties with salt and pepper and add to skillet. Cook 3 to 4 minutes per side until internal temperature is 165ºF.
One minute before burgers are done, place 2 tablespoons of pimento cheese on top of each patty. Cover, if desired, to help melt cheese.
To assemble each burger, spread mustard on cut sides of biscuits, place burger on bottom half of biscuit, add relish and top half of biscuit.
