Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 cup(s) sour cream
2 cup(s) half & half
2 Tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/4 cup(s) maple syrup, plus more as needed for topping waffle
3 cup(s) pastry or cake flour
3 1/2 Tsp baking powder
2 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tsp baking soda
1/4 Tsp ground cinnamon
4 Oz unsalted butter, melted

Mix all wet ingredients, except melted butter into a bowl and whisk to combine.
In a separate bowl, combine all dry ingredients and melted butter together.
Add wet ingredients to dry and whisk together until mixture is smooth and well incorporated.
Preheat waffle iron and spray with non-stick spray as needed to prevent batter from sticking.
Make waffles according to your waffle iron instructions.
Waffles may be served with additional butter and condiments as desired.
Chef's Note: I love these waffles with maple syrup, whipped cream and fresh sliced strawberries.
