2 cup(s) Bob's Red Mill Organic Extra Thick Rolled Oats
1/3 cup(s) Central Market Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
2 Tbsp ground flaxseeds
1 Tsp cinnamon
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup(s) Justin's Maple Almond Butter
1/2 cup(s) maple syrup
2 eggs
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup(s) Lily's No Sugar Added Dark Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350˚F.
Lightly spray an 8 x 8 baking pan with non-stick spray.
In a large bowl, mix together oats, vanilla protein powder, flaxseeds, cinnamon and salt.
In a separate bowl combine almond butter, maple syrup, eggs and vanilla extract.
Transfer wet ingredients to the dry oat mixture. Mix well until oats are well coated. Toss in the chocolate chips.
Transfer mixture to greased baking pan and using hands or the back of a spoon evenly spread out mixture.
Bake bars for 20 minutes on the center rack of the oven.
Remove and let cool completely before cutting.
Store in a resealable container for up to 5 days
