8 HEB Snazzy Cakes Creme Cakes
1 cup(s) mascarpone cheese
1 cup(s) H-E-B Cookie Butter
3 Tbsp unsalted butter

Take 2 tasty cakes and cut them in half lengthwise (so you have a top and a bottom). Spread a little mascarpone cheese on one side of the tasty cake and cookie butter on the other side, smash sides together and repeat until sandwiches are made.
In a non-stick sauté pan, melt 1 Tbsp. of butter over med-low heat. Place the tasty cakes in butter and press them down gently to make sure they stick together while cooking. Allow to cook for about 2 minutes or until lightly browned on each side. (Be careful not to overcook, they will burn fast). Allow the filling to begin melting before pulling them off. Let them rest and cool before serving.
