1 Tsp H-E-B Texas Originals Cajun Seasoning Spice Blend
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Select Ingredients Chicken Broth
8 Oz Penne Pasta, cooked
2 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
1/4 cup(s) Heavy Cream
1 medium jalapeño pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 medium green bell peppers, cut into strips
1 cup(s) sliced mushrooms, sliced
1 cup(s) white onion, chopped

Season chicken.
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
Grill chicken for 7 minutes per side.
Remove from the grill and let the chicken rest.
Place a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Add in oil and tilt to coat.
Add in the veggies and sauté for several minutes.
Add in the chicken and continue to cook another two minutes.
Stir in cream and stock. Bring to a simmer then remove from heat and serve over pasta.
