Recipe makes 16 Servings

2 Pt cherry tomatoes
2 cup(s) F.U.B.A.R. Elite BBQ Sauce
1 cup(s) dark brown sugar
1 Tbsp ground coriander
1 Tbsp ground cumin
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Organics Apple Cider Vinegar Unpasteurized
1/2 cup(s) pomegranate juice

Combine all ingredients in a large pot and bring to a simmer. Use an immersion blender to purée until smooth.
Turn heat down to medium-low to low heat and cook for approximately 1 to 3 hours or until sauce is as thick as desired. Stir intermittently to keep bottom from burning.
Tomato mixture should be thick and dark in color. Chill at least 2 to 4 hours to allow jam to thicken and set up.
Chef's Note: The consistency of this tomato jam should be similar to a slightly thinner chutney.
