Smoky Pulled Pork with Bacon Jalapeño Mustard

3 Lb boneless pork shoulder, cut into 3-inch cubes
1 Texas on the Plate Smoky Soppin' Sauce
1 cup(s) water
2 Tbsp coarse ground black pepper
1/2 cup(s) Dijon mustard
1 cup(s) Better than Good Jalapeno Bacon Jam

Place pork, soppin' sauce, water and black pepper in a slow cooker.
Set cooker to low and let cook 4 to 5 hours, or until tender and shreds easily with two forks.
In a bowl, mix Dijon mustard and jalapeño bacon jam.
Serve prepared mustard with pork.
Chef's Note: This makes a great sandwich and pairs well with potato salad.
