12 Oz romaine hearts
1 avocado spray oil
3 Tbsp Bayou Brothers BBQ Shrimp Mix
1/3 cup(s) mayo
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/4 cup(s) Ottavio Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Preheat grill to high or 450°F.

Slice head of romaine in half, spray with cooking oil and place cut side down on grill. Grill 1 to 2 minutes a side.

In a bowl, whisk bbq shrimp mix, mayo, lemon juice, and olive oil until combined.

Chop grilled lettuce and toss in a bowl with dressing and Parmesan.
