4 Oz Wyatt's Jalapeño Chipotle Finishing Butter
1/2 cup(s) yellow onion, diced small
1/2 cup(s) poblano pepper, diced small
2 cup(s) Atry Smoked Basmati Rice
2 3/4 cup(s) water
1/4 Tsp salt
1/4 Tsp pepper

Instructions

Warm large stock pot to medium heat and add 2 oz of the butter and allow it to melt. Add the chopped onions and poblano peppers, sauté until they are translucent.

Add in the rice to the onion mixture and stir fry for about 3-4 more minutes stirring constantly.

Once the rice is fragrant add in the water and remaining 2 oz of butter. Bring liquid to a rapid simmer, turn off the heat and cover the pot with a tight fitting lid and allow to sit for 25 minutes or until all the water is absorbed.

Fluff with a fork and season with salt and pepper to taste.
