1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Organics Apple Cider Vinegar With The Mother
1/3 cup(s) water
2 cup(s) H-E-B Organics Blueberries
1 Tbsp honey
3 1/2 Oz chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1/3 cup(s) shallots, chopped
3/4 cup(s) grapeseed oil

Instructions

Combine all ingredients, except oil, in a blender and blend until smooth.

While blender is running slowly add oil to form an emulsion.

Season to taste with salt and pepper and refrigerate until ready to use.

Chef's Note: Dressing will naturally thicken up when refrigerated due to pectin in fruit and fat in oil. When ready to use simply whisk dressing to loosen and allow to sit at room temperatura for 10 minutes.
