Smoked Shrimp Cocktail

1 Lb New Harvest 31/40 Brown Shrimp, peeled and deveined shrimp
1 Tbsp cumin
1 Tsp kosher salt
2 Tbsp lemon, juiced
1/4 cup(s) fresh parsley, chopped

Preheat grill/smoker to 200°F.
In a bowl toss together shrimp, cumin, salt, lemon juice and fresh parsley. Make sure shrimp are well coated in seasoning before placing on a wire rack or small pan and placing in smoker.
Smoke shrimp for 20-25 minutes (smoker should be around 200-220°F). Cook until they are curled and pink-ish in color. They will also have a slightly smoky color to them.
Remove from smoker when fully cooked and chill in refrigerator for at least 30-45 minutes, then serve with your favorite cocktail sauce.
