Recipe makes 2 Servings

7 Oz H‑E‑B Cold Smoked Sockeye Salmon, diced small
2 Tbsp tamari or soy sauce, plus more as needed to taste
2 Tbsp rice vinegar
1 Tbsp Gochujang
1 Tsp Gourmet Garden Ginger Paste
1 clove of garlic, minced or zested
1 Tsp lime zest
1 large grapefruit, skin peeled off and fruit diced
1 large orange, skin peeled off and fruit diced
1 Tbsp La Tourangelle Toasted Sesame Oil
