1/3 cup(s) H-E-B More Fruit Apricot Spread
1/3 cup(s) H-E-B Dried Apricots
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Dried Cranberries
3/4 cup(s) cucumber, finely chopped
1/2 cup(s) green onions, chopped
7 1/3 Tbsp H-E-B Orange Juice, reserve 1/3 cup
1 Lb Smithfield Boneless Smoked Pork Chops

Combine apricot spread, apricots, cranberries, cucumber and green onion in a medium bowl, then toss with 2 tablespoons orange juice; set aside to allow flavors to blend.
Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat 3 minutes; brown pork chops 2-3 minutes per side.
Push pork chops to one side of skillet, and add 1/3 cup orange juice and preserves to skillet; stir to blend; turn chops in sauce to coat both sides, then reduce heat to medium; simmer 3-5 more minutes until sauce thickens slightly and sticks to chops; serve chops with cran-apricot relish.
