3 Lb Hill Country Fare Chicken Wings
3 Oz Williams Food Co. Rib Tickler Rub
1 Tsp chili powder
1 Tbsp olive oil

Preheat a smoker to 250°F using hickory or your favorite chips.
In a large bowl, combine wings, rib tickler, chili powder and oil. Coat wings well and marinate wings one hour.
Place wings directly on smoker and cook 1 hour.
After an hour place wings directly over heat and crisp, about 15 minutes.
Chef's Note: If desired, during the last part of cooking brush wings with your favorite sauce.
