1/2 cup(s) smoked almonds
2 Christopher Ranch California Heirloom Monviso Peeled Garlic Cloves, crushed
1 1/2 Tbsp red wine vinegar
1/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil

In a blender or food processor (preferred) add all ingredients and pulse until smooth. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to set up. This sauce can be made a couple of days in advance of use.
